David Sawtell writes in the December edition of the Butterworths Journal of International Banking and Financial Law about mortgages and receivers

Given the restrictions on the recovery of secured debts as a result of Covid-19, more and more are turning to alternative remedies when debtors default on their obligations. David Sawtell has written about the different remedies that a mortgagee can employ to secure repayment, highlighting the most recent case law on the different considerations that can affect their decision making.
