Covid-19 Business Interruption Insurance: The Supreme Court's Judgment in the FCA Test Case

In a landmark decision, the Supreme Court has today handed down its judgment in the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) test case ruling mainly in favour of the policyholders.

Completing the series of webinars 39 Essex Chambers has produced during these proceedings, and following on from the popular webinar in September 2020 discussing the first instance judgment, Neil Block QC, Michael McParland QC and Jonathan Bellamy will discuss the key issues and implications arising from the Supreme Court's judgment.
