Construction Projects: Comparing Legislative Antidotes to COVID 19 Conflicts (IPBA Webinar)

This 45 minute webinar is one of a series from the IPBA's International Construction Projects Committee, taking place over the next several months leading up to the 2021 IPBA Annual Meeting and Conference in Singapore.

Karen Gough, Vice-Chair of the IPBA's International Construction Projects Committee, will be moderating the session. The speakers, Helena Chen from Pinsent Masons, Beijing; Vyapak Desai from Nishith Desai Associates, India and Mirella Lechna of Wardyński & Partners, Poland and also a VP of the ICP Committee of the IPBA, will be looking at legislation enacted in CHINA, INDIA AND POLAND/EUROPE for dealing with construction project disputes caused by the pandemic.
