Centre of Construction Law Open Forum Conference 2019

Lindy Patterson QC and DRBF President will be speaking at this year's Centre of Construction Law Open Forum Conference on Thursday 28th March.

The conference will explore the roles and obligations created under the FIDIC 2017 suite of contracts and the ways in which FIDIC contracts can be managed. The panel of specialist speakers will examine FIDIC procurement options, treatment of BIM, allocation of risks, claims procedures and dispute resolution options.
