The Forge Field Society, represented by James Strachan QC, has won a judicial review of Sevenoaks District Council’s decision to grant planning permission for six affordable homes on two acres of green space south-west of Penshurst, a historic village in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which has more than 30 listed buildings as well as being a tourist attraction.
