What could Brexit mean for air pollution? (Justine Thornton QC - BBC Radio 4)

Justine Thornton QC was interviewed for The Westminster Hour about air pollution on Sunday 15th January 2017.

Speaking to the Westminster Hour's Sam Maccrory, Justine explained that EU law had played an "absolutely crucial" role in protecting public health and that this should be recognised in the debate over the terms of Brexit.

Justine welcomed the prospect of the Great Repeal Bill designed to entrench existing EU law into UK law but identified some significant potential gaps, which ought to be taken into account in post Brexit Britain.
