Ben Olbourne to participate in the 2nd AIAC-ICC Pre-Moot in Kuala Lumpur

Ben Olbourne is to participate in the 2nd AIAC-ICC Pre-Moot for The Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Kuala Lumpur on 2nd March 2018.

Ben will be acting as an arbitrator throughout the competition and will also be conducting a session on "The Art of Cross-Examination" on Saturday 3rd March.

The event will be held at the state-of-the-art facilities of the KLRCA on 2- 4March, 2018, and will once again bring together established arbitration practitioners, academics and students from different corners the world.

The event will enable teams to:

1. measure up against and interact with other students from several countries and legal systems;
2. receive comments from and socialize with arbitrators from different professional, cultural and legal backgrounds;
3. practice and improve their advocacy skills;
4. refine and adjust their oral arguments just before making the trip to Vienna or Hong Kong.
