Andrew Kearney and Shaman Kapoor join Chambers

Chambers is delighted to announce the arrival of two more members, Andrew Kearney and Shaman Kapoor, with immediate effect.

Andrew Kearney is an experienced and highly regarded construction and engineering barrister, an experienced construction Adjudicator, a Chartered Arbitrator and active Civil Mediator.  He acts nationally and internationally in a wide range of energy, construction and engineering disputes and has almost 30 years' experience advising developers, end users, national and international contractors, subcontractors and consultants and their insurers. Chambers & Partners describe Andrew as "…excellent on tactics, very commercial and a real street fighter for advocacy."

Shaman Kapoor's practice covers commercial and civil liability law, with his costs practice bridging both fields. He is frequently instructed for his opinion as an "expert" in costs as a result of the new practice in the SCCO in protected party cases. He regularly sits as a Mediator, especially in costs cases..  The Legal 500 describes him as being "clear, to the point and his advice is always solution focussed"
