Alison Foster QC has been appointed a legal chair for The Alternative Investment Markets (AIM) Disciplinary Committee ("ADC") and the appeal committee of the ADC (the AIM Disciplinary Appeals Committee ("ADAC")) who are under the operating authority of the London Stock Exchange.
