Adam Fullwood successfully resists appeal in Privy Council.

In Deon Associates Ltd. v Calvin Prentice [2017] JCPC 0031 the appellant sought permission to appeal out of time against a decision of the Eastern Caribbean Court of Appeal's decision to allow an appeal against a decision set aside judgment in default in a claim for damages arising from a workplace injury. Permission was refused on the basis that the application failed to raise an issue of wider public importance. Adam Fullwood was instructed by Chris Bishop of Slater Heelis solicitors acting as agents for Felicia Johnson, Attorney of Herbert Thompson, St Kitts, West Indies.
