Accidents Abroad Seminar: International Personal Injury Claims- Recent Developments

Bernard Doherty, Katharine Scott and Colin Thomann will present a seminar on “International Personal Injury Claims – Recent Developments”– following the publication of the second edition of Accidents Abroad (Sweet & Maxwell) to which Bernard, Katie and Colin all contribute.

The seminar will consider the most significant recent developments in cross border personal injury law, considering both jurisdiction and applicable law.

There will be a reception with drinks afterwards.
