Four of chambers’ silks were invited by the Singapore Law Society to act as trainers at its two-day Litigation Conference Workshop in April. Susan Rodway QC, Greg Treverton-Jones QC, Gordon Nardell QC and Hefin Rees QC were among 20 London commercial silks who joined senior Singapore practitioners to share skills and ideas on the litigation process, from commencement of proceedings and interim applications through to trial and appeals. About 250 Singapore lawyers participated as delegates. The Law Society hailed the workshop as a success and announced plans to run it annually in a similar format.
