Timothy Lyons QC to Speak At The Copenhagen EU Tax Law Conference 2017

Timothy Lyons QC is to speak at the Copenhagen EU Tax Law Conference 2017, which will be held at the offices of Kromann Reumert on Friday 29th September 2017.

Timothy's session will be on "State Aid, Tax and Abuse of Law".

The conference is aimed at practitioners, in-house tax professionals, advisors and policymakers, this year's conference will focus on:

• Transfer Pricing in an EU Context, and
• The Notion of Abuse in EU Case Law
