Stephen Tromans QC appointed to Committee on Radioactive Waste Management

Stephen Tromans QC has been appointed on a part-time basis by the Secretary of State to be a member of the Committee on Radioactive Waste Management. The Committee is a non-departmental public body sponsored by BEIS. Its role is to provide independent scrutiny and advice to the UK governments on the long-term management of higher activity radioactive wastes. Stephen's appointment took effect on 1 December 2016.
