State aid measures in Finance Bill 2016

Finance Bill 2016 included provisions for HMRC to require information from taxpayers in respect of certain taxes as to compliance with State aid law, in order that HMRC can provide it to the European Commission.  In this brief piece, Kelly Stricklin-Coutinho discusses the proposed measure.
