Susan Rodway QC specialises in high value claims and complex medical and scientific issues, including cerebral palsy and other birth injuries as well as acquired brain damage, failures to diagnose and serious spinal injuries. 
She also acts in related medical matters arising out of inquiries or inquests, disciplinary proceedings and pharmaceutical product liability. She was involved in the LSD and ECT group litigation and is currently involved in an action against a drug company and the Medicines Agency relating to failures of product information.

Alison Foster's practice consists of public and administrative law and human rights with a wide-ranging professional discipline involvement. She appears frequently in the High Court and Court of Appeal. Clients include professional regulators, health authorities and trusts, individual practitioners and organs of state as well as companies, private individuals, and patients. Her particular expertise and interests include regulation, health law, pharmaceutical law and VAT. Almost all of her court and advisory work involves statutory construction, human rights law, and frequently consideration of European law.  She acted for the Secretary of State in R (Rogers) v Swindon NHS PCT and Secretary of State for Health (the Herceptin cancer drug case) [2006] 1 WLR 2649.

Vikram Sachdeva, a qualified Doctor, practices in a wide range of clinical negligence and public law matters for both Claimants and Defendants. Vikram is Junior Counsel to the Crown (C Panel), and has taught public law at Cambridge University at a number of colleges. He has a busy advocacy practice, in the High Court, Court of Appeal, and in various disciplinary tribunals, which involves both his medical and his legal skills. Vikram is a committee member of ALBA, and also belongs to the Medico-Legal Society, the Society of Doctors in Law, and ARDL.
