Richard Wald instructed to act for Natural Resources Wales

Richard Wald has been instructed to act for Natural Resources Wales in relation to the Welsh Government's proposed £1bn M4 corridor around Newport, which is due to be considered at a c. 20 week public local inquiry this autumn.
