Paul Darling QC to speak at the CIOB event "NEC3: Important New Construction Law"

Paul Darling QC will speak at The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) event on "NE3: Important New Construction Law", which will be held on the 18th October 2017 at Turner & Townsend, 1 New Change, London.

Paul will examine, amongst other things, the recent case law of Northern Ireland Housing v Healthy Buildings Ltd. He will provide education on the principles of the NEC3 contract, particularly understanding its provisions in light of recent law. The recent decision has fundamentally changed the way that costs are assessed and is likely to affect all future assessments under that contract form.
