Marion Smith QC to speak at the Society of Construction Law Hong Kong One Day International Conference 2016

Marion Smith QC will speak at the Society of Construction Law Hong Kong (SCLHK) on Friday 4th November 2016 at Hong Kong Football Club on "Poor contract administration is the prime reason for disputes".

The session is based on a recent report issued by Arcadis as to the main causes for disputes. The presenters will look at various legal remedies to disputes based on local contracts. The session will then take on a panel debate with audience participation reviewing and discussing the reasons why disputes arise.

The theme for this year's conference will be Legislation Update and Hot Topics Relating to Time, Cost and Contract Administration. The conference will look at:
