Marion Smith QC and Rachael O'Hagan spoke at the CLAN (Commercial Litigation Association) Annual Conference 2018 which was held on Monday 5th February at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

They gave a contract law update which included good faith, liquidation and ascertained damages and exclusion clause.
