Marion Smith QC, Karen Gough, Loretta Malintoppi, Ben Olbourne and Paul Hayes are all to speak at the Kuala Lumpur International ADR Week (KLIAW) 2017.

Marion and Loretta will be part of a panal speaking on "Reconciling Arbitral Regimes along the Silk Route" where they will share their views on practical problems, challenges and implementation issues that will arise within the OBOR framework. session will also highlight the importance of institutional role on the stage of enforcement of foreign arbitral awards.

Karen will also be on a panel discussing "Breaking down the OBOR: What lies ahead for ADR" which will see International arbitration practitioners, stakeholders and experts sharing their views on the impact of the famous "One Belt One Road" initiative on the dispute resolution market

Ben will be taking part in a plenary session on "Enforcement of awards: The real definition of success in an arbitration".
