Lisa Giovannetti QC and Fenella Morris QC contribute towards "The UK Supreme Court Yearbook Volume 8 - 2016-2017 Legal Year"

Lisa Giovannetti QC and Fenella Morris QC have contributed chapters towards "The UK Supreme Court Yearbook Volume 8 - 2016-2017 Legal Year", which was launched at the Supreme Court on Thursday 22nd February 2018.

Lisa contributed a chapter towards Immigration and Refugee Law, whilst Fenella's chapter focuses on Health Law.

The UK Supreme Court Yearbook critically reviews the jurisprudence of the UK Supreme Court each legal year and publishes chapters on a range of institutional and jurisprudential aspects of the Court and its decisions by prominent commentators, including academics, barristers and judges.
