Lindy Patterson QC appointed as President (Region 2) of the DRBF

Lindy Patterson QC takes over as President (Region 2) of the DRBF  at its 19 th International Conference in Tokyo this week. The Dispute Resolution Board Foundation is a non- profit organisation dedicated to promoting  the avoidance and resolution of disputes worldwide using the Dispute Board method. The process is used on more than $270 billion worth of construction projects worldwide.

Region 2 covers the globe excluding America, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. She is assisted by a board of directors from Europe; Africa; MENA region; South America and South East Asia.

Lindy, as well as being an active arbitrator, is chair of a number of dispute boards in  the transportation; energy and property sectors.
