Kelly Stricklin-Coutinho to speak at the Knect365 Comp Law State Aid 2018 Conference

Kelly Stricklin-Coutinho is to speak at the Knect365 Comp Law State Aid 2018 Conference, which will be held in Brussels, Belgium on Thursday 5th July 2018.

Kelly will participate in a panel session on Brexit: What is the Future of State Aid in the UK? and the topics to be discussed will be:

• What are the different possible models?
• What are the current proposals?
• Will the UK adopt a Ukrainian-type regime?
• How can state aid control by a national competition authority work?  What challenges would this bring?
