We also act for local authorities and other public bodies as well as private individuals, local residents and groups of objectors to aviation expansion.

Our barristers regularly appear in the High Court and Court of Appeal in aviation-related judicial reviews, statutory challenges, and commercial and construction law disputes. We represent clients at planning and development consent order (DCO) inquiries into proposals to expand aviation, at Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) investigations and inquiries into air accidents, and before Parliamentary Bill Committees.
