This two-part seminar will explore the practical implications associated with capacity in the context of PI claims. Derek O’Sullivan KC will guide you through the Court of Protection regime and capacity issues before specialist Court of Protection practitioner, Arianna Kelly, speaks on the transition of brain injured adolescents to maturity, exploring some of the common issues surrounding statutory services and care packages as the injured child becomes an adult. The event is open to all but will be of particular interest to those practitioners interested in learning more about capacity, the Court of Protection and practical issues associated therewith.
