About the Author -  Timothy Lyons QC, 39 Essex Chambers, is well known for his work on EU customs, trade, WTO and tax matters.  His clients include governments, multinational companies and private individuals.  He took silk in 2003, is a member of the Law Library, Dublin, and is on the EU List of the Dutch Brussels Bar.

The book launch will provide an opportunity to reflect on the significance of EU customs law after 50 years of customs union and at a time when new challenges are arising in international affairs and Brexit is dominating UK politics
