Adam Robb and Parishil Patel sworn in as Queen's Counsel

39 Essex Chambers is delighted to announce that Adam Robb and Parishil Patel have been sworn in as Queen's Council at a ceremony at Westminster Hall on Monday 26th February 2018.

Adam specialises in the litigation and arbitration of large construction, engineering and infrastructure disputes, often involving professional negligence and insurance issues. He has experience of disputes arising out of the major UK and international forms of contract and a wide range of projects.

Parishil Patel has a wide ranging public law practice which encompasses health, community care, local government (including regulation, audit and standards), telecommunications, data protection and confidentiality, prisons, immigration, public international law, incapacity and best interests.
